Chatwaz provides messaging, automation, AI agents and analytics across the official APIs of WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger and website chat.

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

No spam, deceptive, illegal, harassing or rights-infringing content. You must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta Commerce Policies and all applicable laws.

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Meta conversation fees are passed through at cost. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid subscription.

You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; current period remains active until expiry.

Chatwaz and its underlying software remain our property. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service.

The service is provided "as is". Our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, unless local mandatory law requires otherwise.
