Account data (name, email, phone, company), billing details, message content sent through the platform, device and usage logs, and cookies for analytics and product functionality.

To provide and improve the service, process payments, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and — only with your consent — for marketing communications.

We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email), payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), Meta (WhatsApp/Facebook) and analytics providers (Meta Pixel). All processors are bound by data protection agreements.

We use first-party cookies for sessions and language preference, and the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser at any time.

Account data is kept while your account is active and up to 24 months after closure for legal and accounting purposes. Message content is retained according to your plan's retention setting.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We maintain access controls, audit logs, and incident response procedures.

Data may be processed outside your country. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.

The service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
